World-Class Offerings to Explore
Fellow James Beard Award–winning chef Michael Mina is at the helm of the innovative SeaBlue restaurant, which prepares contemporary seafood, steaks and poultry in two lively open kitchens over a wood-fired grill. The environment was created with the inspiration of bustling ports and marketplaces of the Mediterranean. Michael Mina is also responsible for Nobhill Tavern, which is a nod to classic tavern fare with room to socialize comfortably in a sophisticated ambiance. Nobhill Tavern recommendations include New England lobster rolls on buttery toasted brioche, classic cheese fondue and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches.

A crown jewel in MGM Grand’s dining repertoire is Joël Robuchon Restaurant, which is named after the famed French chef who was awarded “France’s Chef of the Century” by the esteemed Gault&Millau restaurant guide. The Joël Robuchon Restaurant is the first and only three-star Michelin Guide winner in Las Vegas with signature dishes like La Langoustine, Le Bar and Le Mojito to attest to its merit. For a more affordable dining experience without compromising gourmet taste, Joël Robuchon created L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, featuring tapas, counter service and a tasting menu.

For eastern cuisine, MGM Grand has included Pearl and Shibuya, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, respectively. Both offer traditional dishes served in urban and elegant atmospheres. For familiar, authentic Mexican fare, visit Diego, which features an unsurpassed selection of tequila to accompany executive chef Noel Santos’ creations. Rounding out an already extensive list of worldly options at the MGM Grand is Fiamma Trattoria & Bar, dishing up rustic Italian comfort food and more than 700 selections of wine to wash down the handcrafted provisions.
