Sunrise Health Deploys the iTriage Smartphone App to Push Out Average ER Wait Times for Mobile Patients

Las Vegas, NV—(April 28, 2010) – Sunrise Health today announced an expansion of their average ER Wait Time posting services to smartphone users. Sunrise Hospital, MountainView Hospital, Southern Hills Hospital and Sunrise Children’s Hospital will now have their average ER Wait Times available on the iTriage® smartphone application developed by Healthagen, LLC. To access those times, Las Vegas Valley residents can download iTriage for their iPhone® or Android™ smartphones, or access it through any Web-enabled device at www.iTriageHealth.com.
By deploying the iTriage smartphone app, Sunrise Health gives immediate access to detailed information about its hospitals, including specialties offered, location maps, social media, community services and average ER Wait times.
With the introduction of this premier level of service, hospitals of Sunrise Health join a growing number of hospital systems across the country to utilize this interactive technology. This technology empowers consumers to evaluate symptoms, learn about the possible causes and find appropriate locations for treatment. Additionally, Las Vegas area residents will have on-the-go access to hospital average ER Wait Times with iTriage.
