Sunrise Health Hosts Second Annual H2U Fall Festival

Who:
The hospitals of the Sunrise Health System, including Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, MountainView Hospital, Southern Hills Hospital and Sunrise Children’s Hospital.
What:
The Sunrise Health System will host the second annual Health To You (H2U) Fall Festival on Saturday, September 17. H2U is the Sunrise Health System’s health and wellness membership program. This event is free and open to the public.
Complimentary health screenings will be offered including Body Mass Index, blood pressure and bone density. Community Partners of the H2U program will provide information on services for older adults ranging from home health, assisted living, hospice, legal issues, insurance plans, medical assistance and retail discounts. Prizes will be raffled off throughout the morning. While at the event, you can sign up to become an H2U member. For only $20 a year, H2U members receive benefits such as: Medicare Part A in-patient deductible waived; free and low-cost exercise classes; monthly educational programs; discounts in the hospital cafeteria and much more.
