Leadership and Followership: Teamwork in a Recession

Presented by the SNMIC Retention Task Force, Captain Stephen Wilkinson and Stephen Montoya M.D. of Medical Management Resources LLC (MMR) will speak on the topic of Leadership and Followership: Teamwork in a Recession.
The event will take place Wednesday, May 13, from 8-10 a.m. at St. Rose Dominican Hospital - St. Martin Campus - located at 8280 W. Warm Springs Rd. in Las Vegas. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. The event is open to the public. There is no cost to attend and coffee will be served.
MMR is a unique blend of aviation and medicine. MMR has applied aviation's Crew Resource Management (a tool used throughout the world to train flight crews) to the medical field and modified the process so doctors, nurses, hospital, clinical and office staff benefit from better communication, better leadership and better teamwork.
